  • After dispatch, shipping usually takes 6–13 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–18 business days from the date the order is placed.

We will prioritize the production and shipping of your order. Due to uncontrollable factors such as bad weather, holidays, or strikes, the delivery date may change. Please allow sufficient time for shipping.

How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

  • Once you receive the email, please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We accept orders from the United States. Our primary carriers are USPS and DHL, and our order processing time remains the same.
All orders are shipped from China to the United States. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
